I led ZenOffice across web and mobile, with a focus on making everyday professional work easier without ignoring the operational constraints behind it.

The problem
Mental health professionals used ZenOffice to manage their practices. The product needed to support the way consultations and professional routines actually worked, including cases that did not fit the original digital flow.
What I did
- 01
Used professional workflows and feedback to set priorities for ZenOffice across web and mobile.
- 02
Defined the MVP for in-person therapeutic consultations and worked through the operational constraints until the scope was ready to launch.
- 03
Evolved ClariPRO, a GenAI assistant for professionals, and followed how people used it.
Result
The product's NPS increased by 25 points and core feature engagement by 44 percentage points. ClariPRO engagement doubled.
