About

I learned product from the problems customers brought every day.

I started at Conta Azul in customer experience, helping customers directly. That gave me an early view of product work before I had the title: repeated confusion, broken expectations, and tasks people should not have needed support to complete.

I moved from customer experience into product and later worked across fintech, SaaS, mental-health professional tools, freight, finance operations, and AI. At EBANX, I built self-service experiences across Latin America. At Zenklub, I worked with professionals and operational teams to change an in-person strategy and redesign a core clinical workflow. At Loadsmart, customer research changed a payments thesis and redirected the work toward freight-audit automation.

Most recently, I built Fio on my own, an iOS app that turned saved content into private podcasts. I worked directly on product strategy, UX, prompts, evaluations, retrieval, orchestration, and reliability. I also ended the product when the beta did not validate enough urgency or willingness to pay.

I am most useful when user behavior, operations, and technology are tangled together. I want responsibility for a real product, access to the people using it, and a team willing to change its mind when the evidence changes.

01

Get close enough to the user that the problem becomes uncomfortable.

I do my best product work when I can hear the problem in the user's own words. Distance makes weak assumptions look reasonable.

02

Build the smallest thing that can change the decision.

A prototype earns its place when it exposes a risk, sharpens a trade-off, or gives the team a reason to change course.

03

Treat AI quality as a product problem, not a prompt problem.

Sources, evaluation, recovery, cost, latency, and trust shape the experience together. A better prompt cannot carry the system alone.

04

Do not confuse shipping with progress.

Shipping proves that a team can execute. Progress requires a change in behavior, quality, or economics.
