Fio
Solo founder and product builder
I built Fio because my reading list kept growing and almost none of it fit into my day.
About
I started at Conta Azul in customer service, answering people through phone, chat, and email. That gave me an early view of product problems before they became roadmap items: repeated confusion, broken expectations, and work people should not have needed support to complete.
I moved from support into product and later worked across fintech, SaaS, professional tools, freight, finance, and AI. I have worked professionally in Portuguese and English, including with teams and stakeholders in Brazil and the United States.
Today I am building Fio. It has made my work more hands-on across product design, prototypes, prompts, model behavior, source quality, and pipeline reliability. It has also made the limits of shipping more visible: a working beta is not the same as a lasting product habit.
I want to work with people who care about product judgment, stay close to users, and leave room for reasoned disagreement. I am most useful when the answer is not obvious yet and the team is willing to build, measure, and change its mind.

How I work
I do my best product work when I can hear the problem in the user's own words. Distance makes weak assumptions look reasonable.
A prototype earns its place when it exposes a risk, sharpens a trade-off, or gives the team a reason to change course.
Sources, evaluation, recovery, cost, latency, and trust shape the experience together. A better prompt cannot carry the system alone.
Shipping proves that a team can execute. Progress requires a change in behavior, quality, or economics.
